SHIPPING POLICY

We post within Australia and to the United States. We use Australia Post for all of our shipping. All our prices are in AUD. Details as follows:

 

Jewellery

Each purchase is carefully gift wrapped to avoid damage to your earrings during transit and then placed into a large, sturdy envelope and posted as a large letter. 

Please allow 3-5 business days from placing your order to shipping.

Jewellery postage and delivery times within Australia:

Free for standard delivery with no tracking and should take between 5-6 business days to arrive.

A flat fee of $12 for express shipping with tracking and should take between 2-3 business days to arrive.

Jewellery postage and delivery times to the United States: 

Free for standard shipping with no tracking and should take between 6-10 business days to arrive.

A flat fee of $35 for express shipping with tracking and should take 4 business days to arrive.

 

Metal roses/Flowers

We place your metal roses/flowers in a padded package or small box with packing to ensure minimal movement during transit.

Please allow 3-5 business days from placing your order to shipping.

Metal roses/flowers postage and delivery times within Australia:

Free for standard delivery with no tracking and should take between 6-9 business days to arrive.

A flat fee of $12 for express shipping with tracking and should take between 3-4 business days to arrive.

Metal roses/flowers postage and delivery times within the United States:

A flat rate of $24 for standard shipping with tracking and should take between 6-10 business days to arrive.

A flat fee of $39 for express shipping with tracking and should take 4 business days to arrive.

RETURN POLICY

You may request a cancellation of your product order within four hours of purchase and we will reimburse you.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us at hiveartisancollective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

We accept returns and exchanges. As mentioned above, contact us within 7 days of delivery and return your item/s in its original condition to us within 14 days of delivery. Postage will be at cost to you. Once the product has been received by us and we are happy with the condition of the piece, we can either give you a store credit to use on another product or refund you the purchase price if you are not able to find anything feasible. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We understand online purchases may come with their surprises and we would like to give you the best experience possible.
