Refund Policy for Missed Classes

  • Please email us at hiveartisancollective@gmail.com or text us on 0457 634 193 if you are unable to make a class.

  • We do not offer refunds for missed classes.

  • For single/once off classes, if you give us at least 10 calendar days notice before your class date of missing the class, you will be given credit to the amount of the class, so you can participate in another class in the future.  If you let us know less than 10 calendar days before your class, it is at the discretion of Hive Artisan Collective as to what happens. Please note you will not be given a refund at any point, so please choose carefully.

  • For a term of jewellery classes: If you are unable to make it to a class, please let us know as soon as possible. The more notice you give, the better chance you have of getting a make-up class.. We will endeavour to provide a make-up class if you give us at least 2 weeks’ notice, but it is not guaranteed. Please note make up classes will only be offered during the term you are booked in for, they do not carry over to future terms.

  • If you are unable to provide 2 weeks’ notice, you can send a friend in your place, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria. Please send the name, number, and email of your replacement, when you notify us of your absence. You may be offered a make-up class but it is not guaranteed. Eligibility criteria include: 18 years or older, and can be trusted to safely use the workspace.

  • If you are unable to attend multiple classes in the term due to major illness/personal trauma etc., we may be able to offer a partial refund, if we are able to find someone to take over your booking. 

  • If you are paying your term fees in installments and then are unable to attend one or more classes, you will still be required to pay for the term in full.

  • If a single class is canceled by us (for reasons such as teacher illness, bushfire, etc.), we will reschedule the class and give you plenty of notice when the alternative class will be offered. 

  • If we cancel more than one class and are not able to offer an alternative, then we will either credit the fee for the canceled class or refund you the money.
