Gold Plated Copper Ginkgo Earrings

Each leaf is hand cut in our Charleston workshop using a jeweller’s saw, then textured and carefully formed to create gentle curves and movement. The copper base is finished with a layer of gold plating, as are the sterling silver hooks, giving a luxurious golden tone that enhances the natural form of the leaf.

Gold-plated copper has a thin layer of gold applied over copper. The gold layer may gradually wear with time and friction, revealing the copper beneath. Care should be taken to avoid scratching or polishing.
All earrings are handmade in our workshop in the Adelaide Hills. Hooks and stems are also gold-plated.
Each item is created by hand, therefore each piece may be slightly different than pictured.
